Arizona DOT says motor vehicles used on public roads, including golf carts, must have liability insurance. A cart used only off road may have different requirements; do not assume road-use rules apply to every cart.

ADOT also explains that a lien release is needed before a titled vehicle's title can be transferred. If there is a loan or lien on your cart, gather the lender's paperwork and clarify the title status before discussing a sale. Prepare an accurate description

Note whether the cart was used on public roads and collect any title, lien, registration, and insurance documents that actually apply.

Strong sun and dry heat can age seat vinyl, dashboards, tires, wiring insulation, and battery components. Mention whether the cart was usually garaged or shaded, and keep clear photos of sun-exposed surfaces ready if the purchasing team requests them during follow-up.
