Submitting from another state?
You can still send a cart inquiry from anywhere in the U.S.; you do not need a dedicated state page. Start with battery condition and charging behavior, tire wear, service records, ownership documents you have, and an honest description of visible or mechanical issues. Photos can be kept ready if requested during follow-up; the form does not accept photo uploads. Check with your state motor-vehicle agency about any paperwork or road-use rules that apply to your particular cart.
